The reception staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Norbert, who works in the breakfast area, deserves a special mention for his hard work and always having a smile. The hotel had lovely and relaxing facilities including a nice pool and gym. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location, nestled on the slippery slopes of this city, provided stunning views of the Mallorcan hills.

This hotel provided us with a luxurious and peaceful stay. the exclusive amenities like the spa, indoor and outdoor pool were wonderful. the staff was attentive and the buffet breakfast was delicious. the location was idyllic and provided a private and tranquil experience for us.

The only minor issue was that the daily cleaning could have been more thorough, but it didn't detract from our overall experience.
